All Figmin products are custom-made based on the photographs and information you provide. Please ensure all uploaded images and order details are accurate before placing your order.

By uploading photographs, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those images. You remain the owner of your original photographs.

Figmin uses AI-assisted technology to create stylised figurines from your uploaded photographs. The final product is an artistic interpretation and may not exactly replicate the original photograph.

As each figurine is individually created, minor variations in colours, details or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed before production begins.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production schedules, courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

As all products are personalised and made to order, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

All content on the Figmin website, including designs, graphics, logos and branding, is the property of Figmin and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Figmin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
